Several days ago, I re-checked a few transactions of my PayPal account. In fact there was a transaction subject to large charge from PayPal. My account is Personal PayPal and previously never received any charge.

There is one solution to avoid fee when paying with paypal, and it is very easy. After you click send money, there will be PURCHASE and PERSONAL choice, in this section choose PERSONAL to send money, and this money will not be charged again :-)

For example in this transaction, when you receive the funds as much as $ 3 from the Premier PayPal account to PayPal Personal, fee you have to pay as much as $ 0.40. So you just receive a net $ 2.60.
