In the latest version of Windows, Windows Vista, Windows boot screen display increasingly heavy. Not even a background, Windows logo is not there either. Only a progress bar on the screen.

Actually, Microsoft didn’t that mean removing wallpaper at boot. With a few tricks, your wallpaper may appear again.
Here's how:
1. Click the Start | Run button, then type msconfig in the box and press enter to execute.
2. After the System Configuration window opens, click the Boot tab.
3. Choose the location of your Windows Vista installation, and boot options box, provide a check mark in front of the option [No GUI boot].
4. Press [OK] to save the changes.
After following these steps above, please restart Windows to see changes on the boot screen your Windows Vista.
